MEETING AGENDA
Connecting
Begin your time together connecting and catching up on life.
“How was this week for you?”
Ask each other “Were you able to implement or try a new practice that you mentioned last time?”
“If not follow up with “What do you think you can do differently to be more intentional in the coming week? How can I help?”
“Reflect on how focusing on justice and mercy and peace in your city, has affected you this week?”
“Share what God has been bringing to your attention throughout this week.”
Share victories, blessings, and setbacks, share struggles, concerns and prayer requests.
NURTURE: If you have been praying for a person in a group, and God has placed a thought, a word, an encouragement, or a blessing, kindly offer it to them.
Pray for one another and invite God to speak to you in your heart as you transition to reading of the Word.
Reading
Read the Scripture together.
Colossians 4:2-6
Core Value 10: We pray and prepare for opportunities to share the good news.
Personal Question: “Who do I need to have coffee or a dinner with this week, that needs to experience God’s love and hear and feel the good news?”

Living it Out

- Pay for opportunities and insight of the Holy Spirit, to be willing to share, whenever a chance comes up.
- Reflect on what is good news, try writing your thoughts and questions down for further discussions with others and research.
- Resolve to spend some time looking into “how to share the good news” or “how to witness to others?”
- Read a book, watch a video or take a course on understanding the good news.
- Practice hospitality, both in your home and in your heart – as you welcome others and their stories into your life.
- Feel free to ask for extra accountability throughout the week, as well as check in on others in your group?
